SHIPPING TIMES:

All orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days (Excluding weekends, Holidays, and stock shortages).

Standard deliveries range from 12-18 business days to the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. In some cases, mostly international orders to far away locations, it may take up to 40+ business days. These extended shipping times are due to our ability to reduce shipping costs, and pass the savings along to you.

Please note that once the item has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes or cancel your order. If you would like to make changes to your order, please let us know within 12 hours of purchase.

WE SUPPORT LOCAL.

If you are located outside the US then you may have an additional customs charge added to your order when products have been delivered to your door. If you do not pay this charge the product will be returned to us and we are not responsible for re-sending it to you.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time. This is typically due to technical difficulties that are beyond our control. You will always receive a FULL REFUND. Please allow adequate time for the money to appear in your account, and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

RETURN POLICY:

We are working diligently to make our return policy as best as possible. If you do not receive your product, or it arrives to you "not as described" then please email us at evertrendz.helpdesk@gmail.com and we will make things right by each individual according to the circumstances. Unfortunately, we will not accept an item for return simply because you don't want it anymore; so please make sure you want the item before purchasing it. Customer service is of massive importance to us, and we promise to take care of you with as much honesty, care, and consideration as possible.
